Dumb Terminal Mode

In DUMB terminal mode, the terminal prints all displayable ASCII characters. In addition the following characters have special functions:

BELL (7)	Beeps the terminal
BS (8)		Moves the cursor back one column
HT (9)		Moves the cursor to the next tab stop, or end of line
LF (10)		Moves the cursor down one row
CR (13)		Moves the cursor to column one
All other characters are ignored.
